Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el uso del sitio xbpulse.com, operado por XB Pulse (nombre comercial), con domicilio en Tijuana, Baja California, México (en adelante, "XB Pulse"). Al navegar o contactarnos a través del sitio, aceptas estos términos.
1. Objeto del sitio
XB Pulse es un estudio que diseña y mantiene sitios web premium y bilingües para clínicas y profesionales de la salud. El sitio tiene fines informativos y de contacto. No es un sitio de atención médica ni sustituye una consulta profesional.
2. Uso del sitio
Te comprometes a usar el sitio de forma lícita y a no realizar acciones que afecten su funcionamiento, seguridad o disponibilidad, ni a usar su contenido con fines no autorizados.
3. Servicios, cotizaciones y precios
Los servicios, paquetes y precios mostrados son de carácter informativo y referencial. El alcance, los entregables y el precio final de cada proyecto se definen por escrito en una propuesta o cotización aceptada por ambas partes. Los precios se expresan en pesos mexicanos (MXN), salvo que se indique lo contrario, y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso. La información del sitio no constituye una oferta vinculante hasta que exista un acuerdo entre las partes.
4. Alcance de los resultados
XB Pulse ofrece servicios de diseño web, presencia digital y optimización para buscadores (SEO) con resultados medibles. No garantizamos un número de pacientes, ventas, ni una posición específica en Google, ya que esos resultados dependen de factores fuera de nuestro control. Nuestro compromiso es entregar el trabajo y la calidad acordados.
5. Propiedad intelectual
La marca, el logotipo, los textos, el diseño y demás contenidos de este sitio son propiedad de XB Pulse o se usan con autorización, y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable. No pueden reproducirse, distribuirse ni utilizarse sin nuestro consentimiento por escrito. El contenido que entregamos a cada cliente se rige por lo pactado en su propuesta.
6. Enlaces y servicios de terceros
El sitio puede incluir enlaces a terceros (por ejemplo, WhatsApp, Google o sitios de clientes). XB Pulse no es responsable del contenido, las políticas ni el funcionamiento de esos terceros.

The brand, logo, text, design and other content on this site are owned by XB Pulse or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our written consent. Content delivered to each client is governed by their proposal.
